If you’re interested in a personalized program of your own, first I will have you complete a wellness evaluation to help me understand your wellness and health goals. After I review your evaluation we will schedule a video chat or phone call where we can meet and clarify any questions you or I may have. During this meeting I will explain your individualized program and the cost associated. I can provide lodging suggestions although there are countless amazing places to stay here on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.
